Peder Stein Burgaard
Founding Partner
A Founding Partner at Digital Care Capital, Peder is a dedicated operator and investor within the Nordic primary care sector, committed to propelling digital transformation. With over 15 years of hands-on operational expertise, Peder has spearheaded Nordic digital transformation initiatives and managed care strategic business units at esteemed organisations such as TDC A/S (incumbent B2B telco and system integrator) and Atea ASA (Europe's second largest IT reseller and professional services). His collaborative approach with primary care entities at all levels has afforded him unparalleled insights into cost structures and operational efficiency optimisation.

He is responsible for evaluation of investment opportunities with a focus on operational excellence and expansion into digital care service delivery models.
​
Peder holds an Executive MBA and Diploma in Financial Strategy from the University of Oxford, a M.A. in Information Studies from the University of Aarhus, where he concentrated on organisational theory, transformation, and software development.
Kenneth Mikkelsen
Advisory Board Member
Kenneth is a seasoned senior business executive with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, where he brings a wealth of experience in technological transformation, digital innovation, and strategic leadership.

His expertise extends to spearheading Nordic mergers & acquisitions, where he excels in driving growth through strategic partnerships and value creation.
​
Renowned for his ability in business turnaround, where he applies incisive analysis and robust strategies to revitalize operations and improve financial health. His career has also seen him successfully initiating, managing, and transforming business units, consistently surpassing strategic objectives.

Kenneth holds an MSc. In Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
Larissa Harrison
Advisory Board Member
An experienced commercial HR executive, Larissa is passionate about harnessing the limitless power of human potential. Recognised for building high-performing teams, workplaces and cultures, where empowerment, collaboration, trust and fun are in abundance, she seeks to be part of organisations striving to make lives better and that are driven to leave the world a better place as a result of their enterprise.
Following a successful twenty-year career with PepsiCo, in commercial and HR, Larissa has
leveraged her unique skill in people strategy to lead talent strategy and culture transformation for
global organisations across the spectrum of merger & acquisition, divestiture and integration in multiple industry sectors.
Larissa is supporting the people strategy for Digital Care Capital as part of the advisory board. She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, a BSC in International Studies from the University of Birmingham and is a certified executive coach.
Adil Maqbool
Founding Partner
A Founding Partner at Digital Care Capital, Adil is deeply committed to collaborating with best-in-class companies to unlock their growth potential and create value. Adil brings a unique combination of mergers and acquisition, corporate finance, and private equity experience. Prior to joining Digital Care Capital, Adil was an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance teams at PwC and Deloitte, having successfully executed deals across New Zealand, Australia and the Middle East.

He is responsible for identifying and evaluating high-potential investment opportunities that align with Digital Care Capital’s values and investment ethos, as well as supporting portfolio companies on their growth journeys and managing the financial operations of Digital Care Capital.
Adil holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and is also a CFA charterholder.
Abiola Dabiri
Advisory Board Member
Abiola Dabiri brings a strategic focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, driving Digital Care Capital's commitment to sustainability and responsible investing. With a wealth of experience in corporate law, compliance, and governance, she brings the ability to integrate ESG principles into pre and post-acquisition practices portfolio companies in alignment with global sustainability standards and best practices and drive improved efficiency.

Abiola currently works as an Associate Vice President at the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), where she led the integration of global ESG standards and best practices across the parent company, its subsidiaries, and investee companies across Africa and the United Arab Emirates. At AFC, she has developed and implemented strategies to enhance ESG practices of her portfolio of companies, fostered stakeholder engagement, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.

With an LL.B, B.L, LL.M, and a recent Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, along with membership of the International Bar Association, she possesses a strong foundation in legal expertise and a deep understanding of ESG principles.
Kathy Harvey
Advisory Board Member
Kathy is a Business School leader and board member with over 35 years of experience, from managing complex global organisations to mentoring and coaching start-up founders. Her experience spans the public and private sector and journalism.

She has deep expertise of business education portfolio growth and digital transformation, and contribute as an executive board member, and as a non-executive trustee of a charity, to the governance and future success of the organisations I work with.
​
She is an inspirational communicator, with experience of building international partnerships and am an ambassador for gender parity in my current role, where I am responsible for the success of Oxford Said Business School’s main postgraduate degree programmes. I am also a Fellow of Keble College, Oxford.
​
As a leader, she believe in the power of an open conversation, the importance of cultural diversity and respect, and the need for collaboration to achieve results.
Francesco Iannuzzi
Advisory Board Member
Francesco has over 12 years’ experience in leading business transformation in medium and large corporations across industries. He has led billion-dollar post-merger integration and carve-out initiatives, delivering synergies and value creation cases within 6 to 18 months. Through influence and collaboration, he has led people both in consulting and within corporates across geographies, age, gender, seniority, and professional backgrounds.
Francesco currently leads Transformation for the EMEA Region at VF Corporation, a global multi-brand apparel and footwear manufacturer, where he manages the regional Strategic Plans serving all brands and functions.
Prior to this, Francesco spent over 10 years within the Strategy and Transactions service line at EY, focussing on post-deal consulting services.
Francesco holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and an Executive MBA from Said Business School, University of Oxford.
